I major dental problems. Doctor Dong check it for me for free. I missed two appointments which no charge. I’m grateful. Doctor Dong was very nice. However I have very bad experience with this office (they have 2 offices) There is no other dental office need time to get approval but this one. The lady promised to call me back in about 3 working day about 10 days ago. I kept calling today but no answer. First time I spoke to her, she gave me attitude. I really wanted to go to another office but the appointment is harder to get. I almost never gave people bad review but this is the medical service. I have never had such experience in medical before.
